Sex, Drugs, and Rock 'n' Roll...
Except I'm too old for sex, rock 'n' roll hurts my ears, and nowadays it's a cabinet full of legal pharmaceuticals.

So, OK, a really thick, really good steak, Pittsburgh style (charcoal outside, rare inside), and my lovely wife to join me in eating it.
...And maybe some Bach or Mozart on the CD player.

A medium rare Porterhouse steak or New York Strip steak with good red wine like a Barolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah, or Zinfandel.

Eating a steak, drinking a coke, having a smoke and a beer, bowl of ice cream...average day for me. All of you should have said “spending too much time on my phone”

Don't know but the plant eaters are at a greater risk for stroke, me I will take my chances and have a nice medium rare sirloin.

IPA's, New England style in particular. Veil Brewing company makes some outstanding NE IPAs. Locally in Roswell, GA, Variant Brewing makes some very solid IPA's and Stouts.

I also like an occasional Scotch. I have a 31 year old Glenlevit that was distilled in 1967 and bottled in 1998...and 1967 is my birth year.

I'm too broke to afford any vices.

Now if money is no object...

Have wanted a custom Shilo Sharps with all the stuff to go with it for most of my life. I drooled over every one I've ever had my sweaty little hands on.

I concur. One just needs to take a look at Ted Nugent. He’s been downing every flavor of red meat he hunts for decades, and he just hit the 70 year mark recently. I think other than having to replace his knees from jumping around on stage like a lunatic for 50 years he’s still going strong.

I just cut back a little my meat consumption, less potatoes and breads and more greens. I also am on almost no sugar. Do my stretches and calisthenics in the morning and some random kettlebell, and carrying heavy weights. I hope to look like him or Charlie Bronson at that age in about 20 years.

Ok, add another vice...that dang ice cream. I don’t have it often, but when I do I have a tendency to eat the entire carton.
