    They say it's illegal to kill a mosquito in North Dakota as it is the State Bird.

    I thought they were they state bird for Florida. It sure has enough of them. And they're big enough to carry off a small dog....

    Oh, and dont send them skeeters down here to Kansas...

    This was a great year for mosquitos here, well maybe not for them, but for the rest of us. They had them really well controlled this year.
    It is a bit on the cool side, 57 right now

    When we left Minn Sunday...It was 56 there and 72 in Nebraska

    Lord knows those in AK are beasts. I've never seen mosquitoes so dang big. Made FL mosquitoes look like gnats.

    In Florida i would be more concerned with the earth swallowing up my house or a giant snake or gator
    before i worried about a mosquito.
