When I was stationed at Altus I had a girlfriend who was originally from Crete, frequently she would make me coffee using a briki the same thing as the Turkish ibrik. You have to be careful pouring the coffee from the briki to the cup to prevent getting the grounds and yes it is quite strong.

...And it's important to put exactly the right amount of the "crema" (light-colored coffee froth) on top of the coffee, in each cup.

I once had a Greek uncle-by-marriage who taught me the right way to make Turkish coffee.
And I can still do it, given the right kind of coffee, ground the right way.
I've still got the briki we bought in Sarajevo, in the 1970s.

    I really like the stuff.

Just give me a good old cup of joe steaming hot. Navy coffee like my dad used to make.

The turks don't know how to make coffee. Just imagine what the result would be if they used full sized cups ? That's a fatal result.

I’m with @ShooterGranny , I like Blue Bunny. Bryers is wonderful too. Yes the Black Walnut Blue Bell makes is wonderful and hard to find, however....any ice cream company that will not put a plastic safety lid on their product that is being licked is not going to be bought by me!

It’s not expensive, most all containers have plastic on them why can’t they? No way, boycotted Blue Bell when I saw it being licked! Yuck!

I’m not a native Texan so I’m not emotionally attached to Blue Bell like locals here are, but it is some excellent ice cream. I’ve had lots of good ice cream over the years. I’ve had most of them listed here. But I come back to Blue Bell every time.
