Regular old oatmeal does it for me.

For tacos and other Mexican and/or tex mex, I love Valentina. Especially at ~$2 for a quart.

When the Valentina black just isn't hot enough and I want to punish myself.

Of course, no hot sauce list is complete without the rooster sauce, Sriracha. I use this as an all purpose hot sauce I suppose. I love a bright red drop on a deviled egg. Yum.

For a vinegar hot sauce kick, Crystal is my go to.

Regular Tobasco doesn't get purchased much in my house these days but is still the best in a Bloody Mary if you ask me. However, their green/verde sauce is a favorite.

Never had Louisiana Hot Sauce. Between Crystal and Tobasco that cater to that style, I never saw a reason to venture beyond that.

I don't really care for Tabasco and Sriracha. Don't like the fermented oak taste in the Tabasco and the sugar in the Sriracha.

Louisiana brand, Trappeys(several varieties), Melinda's, Franks, Cholula, Huy Fong Sambal Oelek, Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce, Tabasco Chipotle, and Crystal all come to mind as good sauces. Herdez and Valentinas make good stuff too.

Cholula "Chili Lime", Tabasco, & Valentina "Salsa Picante" are my current favorites. , Evangeline, Trappey's & Tabasco "Green Pepper Sauce" round out what I keep in the pantry. As for on eggs, and topping other items, it's got to be Pace!

Agree about Frank's, used to be Durkee's. I saw some odd brand claiming to be the original wing sauce. Nope, Durkee's, now Franks. I like others, but Frank's is still the best.

Not on eggs. IN eggs. A heaping tablespoon or so per two eggs or so per person all scrambled together. Don't forget some shredded cheese. Iff'n ya add scrambled up hot breakfast sausage to the mix it's even better.
Use some buttermilk to thin the mix to add a bit of a sour cream flavor and some fluffyness to it all.
