La Victoria salsa Brava Hot Sauce... was recomended by 3 young Mexican muchachos that I hired .
They first told me they preferred in over others on the store shelves.
Went to the TexMex market where the trio's forman advised me, & the store always stocks it.
It is a better quality than I expected, and I am growing accustomed to it.

Use some buttermilk to thin the mix to add a bit of a sour cream flavor and some fluffyness to it all.
Or any of these. Another "Texas Made" favorite!

Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas. Just a few drops goes a long way.
I used to be able to find it in a number of specialty meat & cheese markets around town, but it's become hard to find lately, Amazon doesn't even carry it anymore.

Hot sauce on popcorn. I must have been on the trail too long, I never thought of that.
I will need to try that this week
I do not try a lot of the different sauces out there but the names of them give me a giggle

I don't go any hotter than medium hot salsa.

By all accounts I have read, and from speaking with someone with personal experience, this is the hottest stuff going.

Long ago as a kid on my grandparents farm in Georgia they had a hired hand that lived in a shack up the road. He was one of those 'one with the earth types' that lived mostly off what he could provide for himself.

I remember vividly one day he was cooking something in a chicken scalding kettle over a fire in the dooryard. My grandpa and him talked for a while (kids are supposed to be seen and not heard) and after a while I got the nerve to butt in and ask what he was cooking. He said 'hot sauce' want to try it?

Bad mistake by a little boy, I said yes because I would eat anything. He dipped one tine of a fork into the sauce, let that drop cool a few seconds and put it on my tongue. OMG!!!!!!! It was like I swallowed the sun! Tears started pouring out of my eyes. I wasn't crying, that wasn't allowed. It was involuntary and profuse however! The hottest stuff I had ever had! They sure got a kick out of that!

Nowadays the hottest I like is hot pickled jalapenos out of the jar. Not a fan of hot sauces though. I buy hot pickled jalapenos by the gallon about once a month.

I buy the original by the case for my better half.

    (I'm a wimp.)

    Lots of choices at: https://www.asskickin.com/

I did not know "Kick Yo' Ass Hot!" was a valid type of sauce.

With a label like that I will have to buy some and give it try!

I've got a bottle of Guamanian "Boonie" peppers soaking in vinegar. A couple drops of that stuff in anything will open your eyes and clear the sinuses.

do not overlook Walmart's "Louisiana Hot Sauce". At 88 cents for a large bottle it is a great value....no, really it is. It is also very good.
