    Favorite hot sauce.

Another post reminded me of hot sauce.
When I was a kid not too many choices.
No days there are literally hundreds.
My favorites are Frank’s Hot Sauce and Chrystal Hot Sauce.
One has a more sweet hot flavor, the other just a good hotness.
The super hots like with the ghost peppers do not do much for me as I can taste nothing of the food I put it on.
    So what are y’all using.

A lot of Frank's and Cholula gets used here. The super hot Dave's Insanity Sauce gets used too, but just for cooking stuff like red chili, meatloafs, etc., a few drops goes a long way.

    Tabasco first, Frank's second.

Being from N.Y. the birthplace of the famous Buffalo Wing, I have had plenty of different brands of hot sauce, my favorite is Frank's

I have a large bottle of Franks. People know I like peppers and hot sauce so they give me gifts of multiple packs of small bottles of hot sauce from mild to wild. When the Franks bottle level gets down, I pour in one of the small bottles and shake it good.

I have these packets in my bag in my truck in case I have to eat a cat on the way home during the zombie apocalypse. Got a bottle at work, and a bottle at home.

It is amazing on popcorn. And everything else.

You guys might not like this because it is only moderately hot, but when I did use hot sauce this was my very favorite because it actually has FLAVOR in addition to the heat: Tennessee Sunshine

You can get it other places for less money than on Amazon. (That's true of a lot of things anymore!)

My go-to is Frank's or Tabasco.

I really like the jalapeño hot sauces as well—green Tabasco is perfect on eggs.

I like Sriracha, but kinda got tired of it as a condiment...but I use it in cooking all the time (equal parts sriracha, soy sauce, and peanut butter blended together makes great peanut noodles...).

I think I’ve likely got a half-dozen or so hot sauces on the table/cupboard...I use whatever I like on what I’m eating.

But I don’t do nuclear sauces. If it just tastes like burning, and makes what you’re eating taste like burning, what's the point?
