If you want something really broken, just put a fragile stamp on the box.
Doesn't anyone take pride in doing a good job anymore?
So, why doesn't the USPS provide a dolly for its delivery guys?

Looks like the USPS will accept boxes up to 70 lbs for media mail.
Sorry if you can't lift 70 lbs as a delivery guy you need to find different job.

That mailman was totally wrong and messed up. Still, I might have put down the camera and given him a hand so he wouldn't destroy my merchandise.
The intelligent choice, would have been @Bozz10mm 's suggestion. I've had a couple of larger, and heavier deliveries where I did assist with the unloading. Instead of a video of damaged items, I had intact items.
Who was the smart one? Yeah, not the idiot filming the mailman struggle. Granted, the mailman was struggling because he was being lazy. He clearly did not attempt to move the package properly.
It's been rumored he delivered pizza's the same way

I bet the USPS has a rule you can't help them....It could be Lawsuit city if you got hurt helping them.
That is the world we live in....It's all about the potential lawsuit nowadays
I've offered to help my mail delivery person multiple times, and it's been accepted a couple of them. Whether the guy videoing the issue was right or not, he is the dummy that couldn't at least offer to help. If he gets told no, that's one thing. The article said that he has confronted the carrier a few times. I bet his confrontation was just going out and yelling, instead of calmly discussing the issue.
