My daily wear watch is a Pulsar PXN021 24 hour luminous dial stainless 100M water resistant case with a Speidel stainless expansion band. I've had pretty good luck with it and it was about $100.

Totally agree, my G Shock lasted 5 years of tough use and abuse. It cost $75 and survived diving, high altitude, month of 100 degree days and sub freezing as well. I have several 30 year old Seikos that I love but I am saving up for a new Casio.
Would like the one with a compass. But we shall see.

I killed the Casio G-shock. Now the Invicta that replaced it has gone TU. I've got a Hamilton USN Bureau of Ships from the last century that I may service and put back in service.

I love collecting watches & clocks also! My daily friend, stay's on my wrist, except to bathe (don't like soap scum!). I've got a Rolex Submariner, but don't wear it, as people (wrong type!) tend to notice it!

I've got a few "cool" ones in the drawer for "evening attire" (snobby voice), but this one always wins. Not fancy, it just works...kinda like my Glocks.

Even better....Mervyn's (while they were going out of business) had this in a case all by itself sticker read "Broken watch" 50%...then 75% off THAT price....final cost $8 out the door. IT'S A SOLAR WATCH!!!! Turned right on after about an hour in my truck. hahaha....winner winner chicken dinner! Going on 4-years now.

This one predates the automatics. You still need to wind it. I'll get a pic when I get it out of the case.

I had an issue Sunnto Core back in the mid to late 2000s. It was alight. Never had anything go wrong with it though I'm sure they're changed a lot since then.

Sweet Colt .45. But...I cannot get over a guy called Glockman10mm who puts a pic of his carry Colt .45 which is neither a Glock nor in 10mm!

Yep, I've given up on posting pics, the site doesn't allow me to do it the way I used to.

When we first started running around stirring up trouble he carried a Colt, then he went all Glock when I was in town, now that I've moved back to VA he's gone classic again and added that sweet BHP. He can run them all in circles around me and I'm not too awful bad.

I'm nearly 10 years younger, a lot bigger, and will never make the mistake of doing hands on drills with him again. They were 1/2 speed and still hurt.
