Looking for a stand for an AR-15 or shotgun to put next to the bed

I'd like to have a stand that I can put on the floor next to my bed that can hold an AR-15 or shotgun, something that would allow me very quick access to it in case someone broke in. Any recommendations?

Does it have to be on the floor? I put two of these on my wall and put my home defense AR on them when I'm home.

There are a few different styles of these hooks to choose from at home depot. Here is another style

When I lived alone (geo-bachelor due to work) I used a built-in device near the bed that held a propped up shotgun, and sometimes rapidly discarded clothing. My wife referred to this thing as a "corner". I also learned that ladies don't like Hoppes or gun lube on their favorite under garments thrown in said "corner"... who knew?

Now back under one roof I use an under bed gun locker. Yes, it's as much to avoid complaints about gun oil stains on clothes as to keep curious kids safe.

The only reason I wanted it on the floor is because I'm not sure I trust myself enough to mount something to the wall. But that's pretty cool!

Itís simpler just to lean it up against a corner or something. I have mine about 4í from the foot of my bed. Leans up against the corner between the wall and my computer desk.

    I need something as well.

Before this little toddler I just kept a shotgun propped up in the corner next to the bed and an AR under the bed. Most convenient for sure and a corner makes a great gun stand. Now that does make the guns themselves easier to steel but I felt okay with the home security system. Plus we have a 110# pound dog that has made it her life's work to follow the Department of Homeland Security's, "See something Say something" guidelines. Much of the criminal demographic down here is afraid of dogs so she is likely more valuable than the alarm system.

I want to find something I can securely mount an AR to the wall with. Not a cabinet type just something simple that would cover trigger or such and mount that way. It can't use a key though since the two year old already can take my keys and open the door and that would just be something else on my mind to lose. Not sure if what I want is even available. Secure plus fast,easy,hassle-free for me to access might be mutually exclusive. LOL, maybe I need a smart gun! A smart AR-15 that only I can use with my secret agent decoder watch or however those things work.

Is that's your only concern it's really really easy. They come with 2 big fat screws that you just screw directly into the drywall. No drilling or lags or anything like that needed. All you need is a screwdriver. You can see them in these pictures.
