RANT! Repeal the NFA - NOW

There has been several threads recently on the subject; however, I thought I'd share a video from Military Arms Channel of YouTube which may address some of the concerns of youngsters and old-timers.

    1. Petitions to Repeal the NFA and the 1986 Hughes Amendment @Sportymonk
    2. Repeal the NFA @Grizz1
    3. Repeal the NFA @CDRGlock
    4. Petition to repeal the NFA! @G26Raven

Needs 9,750 signatures by February 19, 2017 to get a response from the White House. Nine days left!

Make sure you significant other, of age children, family, and friends sign too. FYI: If they ever purchased a firearm from a FFL, ever applied for a conceal carry permit, ever posted on a gun forum or the like from their home, personal cellphone, or from work, are a member of the NRA, ever purchased firearm related items online, etc, they need not use the excuse of worrying about the government knowing who they are.

Sounds like an awesome idea, right? Realistically if the NFA is repealed - when the democrats gain control again (2018, 2020) they will just implement something 10 times worse, it might not be worth the risk....

The last time we messed with the NFA we lost machine guns.

What stops them from implementing more laws that are worse as it is? Stack the SCOTUS with pro gun justices who will rule any laws along the lines of the NFA as unconstitutional and we will be good to go.

If / When the Democrats (or progressives, if that's not redundant) regain control they will do everything they can to destroy the 2nd amendment so they already plan to implement something far worse. Those plans have been in existence for a long time. They have proven that they will use any and all opportunities to move that agenda forward.

We cannot win the fight by not challenging every infringement as any infringement is anathema to the Constitution. I say we shoot for a strict and rigid stance on the 2nd Amendment but also fight every battle to show we mean business; "No means No".
