Yup, they are Wilson 47D\'s. I had some feed problems when I had a Springfield Champion. Wilson 47D\'s solved the problems. When I bought the Kimber Eclipse I had some feed problems until I started exclusively using Wilson mags and again, all the problems went away. I will now only shoot Wilson mags. I am hoping I have a whole bunch more under the Christmas tree right now. I want enough of them that I can load \'em all up and head to the range without having to reload \'em

I might have to try a 10 round some day...

I love the Power*10\'s... Good friend of mine is a diehard 47D mag man. Says that is all he will slide into his 1911\'s

Funny, my daughter gave me three Wilson mags for Christmas tonight but they are not 47Ds, I don\'t believe. I compared one to a 47D and it was excatly like it but looks it is made of aluminum instead of stainless.

Does anyone know the model of such a thing? Has anyone used them. She bought them at a gunshop I have never been to before and they were in a plastic ziplock type bag, with no paper included, sorta like they would come in bulk? I hope they work as well as 47Ds :question:

False alarm, I looked them over pretty well today and they are Wilson Combat 47D\'s. They are not polished out quite as well as my previous ones but I put them on my wife\'s kitchen scale and they weighed exactly the same. Same welded stainless tube, follower, springs and base pad, just not quite as shiny.

It may have been the Guiness that made it seem so different last night

I did way to many Black & Tans last night. I am soo paying for them right now...
