On page 9 of the manual that came with my 24/7 it states a 835fps limit for 230fmj .45 ACP ammo. Below that it states "+P, +P+, or other high velocity ammunition generates pressures significantly in excess of the pressures associated with standard ammunition. Such pressures may affect the useful life of the firearm or exceed the margin of safety built into many pistols and could therefore be DANGEROUS."
In which case you can only shoot standard 230gr FMJ ammo, according to them. I have however shot a couple hundred rounds of Hornady 230gr JHP +P ammo in mine with no obvious signs of damage. I just try not to make a habit of it.
