Great speech, lots of good points and ways of putting it.

The only thing I was a little taken aback by was her calling the Boston suspects out as terrorists and not having rights. While I understand her frustration of their abhorrent actions, they are still American citizens (even if naturalized), and do have rights all the same. That said, I do completely agree with the awful double-standard of 'enforcing rights' (e.g. privacy) only when politically convenient.

America needs around 10,000 more Judges who think like this Patriot all the way up the chain to The Supreme Court.

She talks a good game. Since that's where we're at I'm glad she's on our side. I don't claim to be much of a follower but I could get behind her.

As a dead terrorist, he has the right to remain silent.

The older brother was not a citizen of the United States. He was here on a green card. He was a terrorist. The younger brother was granted citizenship on 9/11/2012. I would bet that some of the things he said in his oath he lied about. To me, that makes him a terrorist, and not a citizen of the United States.

Don't want to hijack the thread here But what you are reading on this family and the in-law family is just the tip of the iceberg. Your going to see more how these people used the system to receive $$$ from government programs - not have jobs and drive around in BMW's with custom license plates. Why do we want to make every third world person mooching off the U.S. government a citizen? JMO - I don't care who you are or where your from - you start blowing up innocent United States citizens - your a terrorist and an enemy combatant.

What are the odds Obama will consider her for an appointment to the SCOTUS if he gets around to having to pick another one?

It was the dead one she was referring to that has no rights.

There should be a grass roots movement to nominate her for POTUS. Even if she doesn't get elected, she could make some good points during the debates.
