Today after 2 months of Letters and e-mails The NH Senate voted 19-5 against the repeal.

Originally the bill would have deemed Displaying your weapon as deadly force, but this was Amended out in the house.

The final bill would have removed the phrase "or anywhere he or she has a right to be" from RSA 627:4, III.

This is definitely good news. No doubt the idea of the repeal came as a knee-jerk reaction to the Zimmerman case. Glad to see they didn't give in to the hysteria caused by that incident.
