I just got back from my local gun shop to pick up some golden sabres. And the price jumped 20% from the last time I was in the shop. Bummer there goes my cheap outlet for good ammo prices.:aargh4: :aargh4: :aargh4: :aargh4:

About 6% every month or two is what I've seen. I think there's another one at the distributor level on June 1, it's 6% for both Rem and Win (I don't remember anyone else, but there is probably another big maker or two in there).
HotGuns, I think you got it. Cost to ship is just getting bad.

I joined the Sportsman's Guide Buyer's Club and I found from them that FIOCCHI 45 ACP "Ball" for 500rds is about $89 I think that includes shipping. Since I shoot only ball ammo and keep my 3-5,000 rds of defense ammo for a SHTF situation, that works out well.
