:congrats:

Now remember the first rule, "You've done a good job, when you come home safe after the shift."

And the second, "You not responsible for what the prosecutors, judges, and higher-ups do, after you've done your job -- don't dwell on the 'outcome'."

Thanks ya'll!! Yes the #1 rule is going home safe after every shift.

Just woke up on my first day of being out of The Academy. I'll be with my FTO Wed night. The Training Sgt was nice (he just didn't want to deal with me this weekend) enough to give me a few days to re-adjust to being home, and fix some of the things that happened while I was away. Like week 2... the hot water heater let go and flooded the garage, living room and kitchen.

Duk........ we are already sworn when we get to The Academy. I got paid the entire time.
