I’m sure many custom leather stores would make such a rig. I am working on a set with Ronin Leatherworks and Dave has been very accommodating so far.

Optics and suppressor height sights are pretty straightforward changes for a leather holster. Lights, on the other hand, make it very difficult for a leather holster to fully protect the trigger IMHO.
