PMC seems fine to me. FMJ is good for practicebut, I would go to a HP bullet for carry personally, but to each his/her own.

i've used their .44 mag. and their .223. no malfunctions with the .223. the .44 i don't count because it was in a revolver. the.44 rounds seemed a lot hotter than the federal i've been using, and both rounds seemed a bit dirty but not badly. i'd recommend it for practice. for defense i'd use a hollowpoint.

I reckon it's OK for practice tho as has been mentioned I reckon this is a bit dirty, like UMC can be. That said many reckon WWB is not as clean as once was either!

Main thing with practice ammo is reliability at a good price.

if your stuck on the full metal profile , let me suggest some powerball or similar that appears to be fmj but performs like hp, by all means shoot fmj for practice and kinda reserve the expensive stuff for carry after your shure your gun will feed your carry load
