It's just a compilation of parts.
The gunsmithing done to it would have to be discounted entirely for valuation purposes. Sure it's all done for you if that's what you want, but no value there.
I'd value it less because it has the Smith & Wesson adjustable rear sight coupled with that tall bead front sight arrangement, a combination of sights that is way to "stick-y up-py" for a practical belly gun. It's not a target gun. What were they thinking?
