How accurate do you need it to be?

As said previously, Ruger Mark ** should take anything you want to use.

As was also indicated, if you want to drive nails at 20 to 25 yards, then go with Eley and take out a 2nd mortgage on your house.

I had a Mark III, and I used CCI, Eley, Remington, and others I can't even remember. All shot well, and even with the cheap ammo, accuracy was so much more dependent on me than it was on the pistol.

Good luck with your Mark IV, and you will never really understand how much better the Mark IV is than the previous models, until someone lets you try to reassemble one of the older models.

The best of the bulk pack is Federal Automatch.

Federal automatch is very abundant right now and runs well in all my semi auto rifles. Start there. Mini-mags will be constantly mentioned, but is hard to find and pricey in comparison.

If accuracy is your only issue, and you do not want to spend a fortune on Eley, CCI Standard Velocity 40 Grain Target ammo works well in my 22 stuff.

CCI Blazer has been equally as accurate as Mini Mags IME. Good luck!

Another yes for MiniMags. Federal AutoMatch is good, as well. Cheapo Remington can be iffy.

CCI Minimags and Winchester 333/555 have run well in my 22/45.
