I found some at Dick's Sporting Goods yesterday. I didn't even know they carried ammo... :duh:

Our local Bi_Mart carries it. bought the last 3 boxes yesterday.

As of today. I've shot about 100 rounds of FTX, so I'm always on the
lookout to buy more when I can find/afford it.

I'm pretty much sold on it for use in the RAMI.

IMHO The low recoil/muzzle flash and superb accuracy are worth the slight loss
in velocity.

My longer CZs seem to like the street proven Hornady XTP as well.

Saber, I really enjoyed the YouTube video you posted with Dick Metcalf. Pretty informative.

I have really liked the Critical Defense load in my Ruger LCP. It's my go to round for that gun when I can find it.

Will have to try it out in my XD9sc and the Ruger SP-101's when I can find it in those calibers.

Picked some up at Dicks Sporting Goods. They only had two boxes and I bought only one because I hadn't done any research on them. Now that I see the effectiveness, I wish I picked up both.

I've been asking Hornady for a 10mm load @ 1,100-1,200 fps.

They will hopefully come out with a mighty 10 FTX in the near
future.

I sirs, am an idiot! I always buy my ammo from them online. I thought I had checked there first as normal.

I'm tired, senile and sore from a LONG range test today, the bulk of which was Tactical Shotguns using 12 ga 00 Buck from Rem. reduced recoil, to 12 pellot 3" mag S&B. AWESOME stuff & cheap.

Time to study up for my spinal epidural in the am.

guess I spoke too soon, when I order the Hornady ammo it was shown in stock. I just happened to check my order status from SG, and I see they are backordered til DECEMBER FIRST! Not a word from them about the back order.

back to searching again, or just give up
