I'm looking at your Avatar photo & it looks like you've got a good set of shoulders. Perfect for shoulder carry!:biggrin2:
You know that I "shoulder carry" near 'bout every day.
As far as I'm concerned it's the numero uno primo way to carry.
There are reasons why it's not a more popular way to carry that have nothing to do with speed and comfort. More about that later.
What firearm do you want to carry in a shoulder rig?
If you intend to carry a popular firearm & you're right handed then this (below) would apply.
Looking at the price of that generic shoulder holster at $70.00
My suggestion (if you are right handed) is to forget that one and go with a high quality leather rig & spend the extra dollars.
Do this IF...you are right handed because lefty shoulder holsters are not too popular & have way less resale value.
If you buy a right handed leather rig (from a top maker)...then it will keep it's value & you'll get a decent portion of your $$$ back should you ever decide to sell it used.
If you spend $70.00 on a nylon generic you'll get absolutely nothing back on a resale.
It takes about 2 full weeks to get used to shoulder carry.
I suspect that you'll love that mode of carry.
With practice it's extremely fast to draw from a high quality shoulder holster.
I would maybe think about getting an Alessi Pull through or maybe a HAK by HorseShoe Leather.
Oh I forgot about Matt Del Fatti...SEE LINK IN MY NEXT POST DOWN.

The Alessi with the "Speed Break" is very nice...AKA no retention strap.
