Anyone need .45 ACP ammo? Like...quite a bit?
Just curious...kind of mulling over selling my FNP45 Tactical. I like the gun but I'm pretty invested in 9mm right now. Plus, the main role of the FNP was HD, and now I have an 870 shotgun that fills that role. If I do wind up selling the FN I'll have about 1100 rounds of 230 gr ball and some assorted duty ammo that I won't need for the foreseeable future. IIRC I have around 1000 rounds (10 x 100) of WWB, maybe 1100.
Not looking to gouge anyone. If I someone is interested in anything from a box up to the whole lot let me know. I'd want probably $45 per hundred, and if someone wanted a bunch I'd pay to ship it.
I'm not dead set on selling the gun by any means, but if someone really wanted the ammo that might be nudge I need to deal the gun towards [yet another] HK...:image035:

I did panic a little and overbuy but I got caught flat footed with only about 5,000 pistol primers total! I have 10,000 S&B small pistol primers. If your looking for primers I'd be willing to trade. Well, I wasn't sure 'til now!:tongue: I suppose it might be foolish on some level...you're right, one tends to regret ditching ammo. But I'll probably pick up my HK P30S from "jail" (ie layaway) and it's [another] 9mm. At any rate, it's not super hard to find .45 ACP here in town. Oddly though, the WWB has dried up. SP primers are actually starting to come back now. Lately I've been too busy/lazy to do much reloading. Been keeping my casings, though.
I am two months beyond my predection (from December) that things would loosen up. However, the Congress (Specifically the Senate) is trying to pass laws against 'powder and components'............ We will see where that goes.

Haha! True, it's not really "a lot" some times but it feels like right now.
