I have CT's on all 3 SIG's - including my carry 226. I also have them on my old SP-101 carry piece and on two N frame revo's too.
My 226 came with night sights and so the CT's effectively make my options threefold.
Many folks worry about time being wasted ''finding the dot'' - not a problem. The CT's should be an adjunct only and if light low enough when going for sighted shot, or even point shooting shot - the dot will be seen by default. Accuracy with the laser is amazing - and tho you see your shake they still are a great bonus IMO. In fact the shake when used with practice and even dry fire drills, can help show up bad trigger habits too.
Costs are high but I think they are well worth it - and have no regrets at all despite the costs.
Here's the 226 and SP-101, as examples. BTW the SIG CT grips I find even better than factory grips.
