I finally got to shoot my M&P AR 15 I picked up this last December, before they became temporarily excinct in my area. I had a great time running some rounds through it, and when I got to cleaning it up, I found that all I had around was either Tetra gun oil or Tetra grease. I use the grease on certain points when lubricating my pistols. I did some googling and saw that some prefer oiling, and others greasing. I'm curious, when it comes to the bolt, which method does everyone prefer? feel free to expand on the whys and what fors, if so inclined.

When I had AR's I used nothing but CLP. Never a problem.
