Lol. Dudes talking about how hard it is to run, yet he has no plates, no lhelmet, no NVG's... then throw in a ruck or comms pack or something to really make things fun.


I'd use AR, G19, merrell boots, I have an SKD chest rig so I would likely roll with that, although I've thought about getting a belt just to try it out

When I retired from the Corps, I swore that I would never run again unless being chased AND out of ammo. I haven't run out of ammo.

I'd want to do it with an old M1 Garand w/ leather sling, one bandoleer and a 1911 in a tanker shoulder holster. In honor of my Dad, a Korean War vet. A newer pair of combat boots though...there softer. The camel pack for water is a good idea above. I 'd be much slower but it can be done imho. Chiropractor waiting at the finish line with a cold beer of course...
