Didn't see this posted yet. Being AZ its not a smart move pulling a gun on two occupants of a vehicle. Don't think there will be any charges pressed unless their story proves having holes.

Sounds like, "Never assume the other guy wont have a gun" to me. Sounds like the guy who drew his gun used it to coerce or intimidate... got a surprise. Just one possible scenario I guess.
