I have family in law enforcement, and it got passed around the LEO's. Thats how I know about it. But the guy was charged, and went to trial I do know, and found not guilty.

As you can tell by the myriad of responses, it varies from state to state. In NH you can carry where alcohol is served. Not advisable to be drinking while carrying, but not illegal in NH.What about in New Hampshire?
