If (when) the Gov. signs this, CO will be twice as safe as most other states, right? I can't believe their answer to mass shootings is, "reload!"

Senators passed an amendment to the bill that bans any shotgun magazines that hold more than 28 inches of shotgun shells. Shells vary in size, and originally the bill outlawed any magazines with more than eight shells — something Republicans argued banned "common shotguns."

Never seen a 28 inch shotgun shell.

There's one iota of hope that this won't make it to the governor's desk...

from the article...

"The measure now heads back to the House for a vote because it was amended to include the shotgun provision in the Senate. "

If, or rather, as soon as it passes there... it goes to "hick and loopy" for signature...


Most any other state will welcome Magpul and the jobs they create...
