A friend of mine gave me one of these packaged deals - I was very surprised at the quality of the knife.
It is a Steigerwalt design, nicely sized and it has an interesting lock mechanism for the closed position.
It is assisted opening, and you press down on the thumb-stud to release the blade to the open position.
Bi-tone G10 scales and 8CrMov14 steel for $20 with the nice little mulit-tool seemed like a pretty good deal.
