And who are the individuals and their supervising managers who relinquished the citizens' data? Can't imagine it was solely the director doing these nefarious things.

I would like to know if this went all the way up to Jay Nixon.

Heads need to roll on this.

And, so the director resigns. Big whoop-de-doo, so far as it goes.

What about criminal charges of unlawful invasion of privacy, unlawful use of public funds, malfeasance in office, perjury/lying to members of the state legislature, and the whole truckload? Can you say ... D Block, State Pen? Unless any credibility to this investigation is to exist, they're gonna need to run it all down, criminally going after EVERYONE who engaged in this crap.

I'm sure some ambulance chaser (read: attorney) would take up the class-action lawsuit against these criminals for the harm inflicted, against both the folks on the list and the people in the state. Perhaps politically these idiots are protected by the system, but given the simple will go to after them it's not all that difficult to show they're not protected from the righteous anger and claims of the citizens.

If "wishes" ... I know what you mean. It'll just need a bit of the apathy to wear off. Won't take but a few of these sorts of things to put all the publicly-funded criminals on notice.

"The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law" (Salus populi suprema lex esto, in Latin). Time for it to be true, again, Missouri.

Now Sue the 'heck' of him, ruin him personnaly, and put him in jail!

So, he thinks he can just quit and be 'old news' for 'crossing the line'.

Ruin him, personally and professionally.

Do not let him slink away, with the damage already done.

This is a Bill of Rights (war) issue people. Do not take this lying down.
