"District of Criminals"
I was watching a show, on paramedics, in DC. They responded to a shooting call, they arrive on scene, here's this thug, thinking the whole thing was funny. He had a bullet that was just under the skin, probably because the other thug that shot him, was shootin' gansta style, ya know spray and pray method.
After they loaded him in the ambulance, the police come up with a suspect who matches the description.
Cops: Is this the guy?
Punk: Yo that's my homey.
Cops: We didn't ask you that, he matches the description and has a gun.
Punk:Yo I ain't givin up my homey.
Cops: Again, We didn't ask you that, is this the guy?.
Punk: I done told you I ain't givin up my boy.
Cops: We don't have time for this s#@t!
The officer slams the ambulance doors. When on the way to the hospital, the thug starts up a conversation, with the paramedic in the back with him. Yo they don't understand I can't give up my boy, he ain't no threat to society. Hello he shot his own homey, what do you think he'd do to someone he doesn't know. This brain surgeon goes on to say, "hell yeah he shot me, don't meen he has to go to jail". Having said this didn't he notice the cameraman, duh, these are the type of brainiacs the liberals want to protect:aargh4: I've been fuming on this all day and just had to get it out. I think if some of these liberals were forced to live next to some of these idiots, we'd have alot of their stupid gun laws lifted quick! Until I can protect myself in DC, they better not expect any of my money.:rant:

Besides aren't most criminals "stupid" I kinda wish his "homeboy" had better aim.
It is readily apparent that street thugs are not the brightest bulb in the box. No where close.
I did a ride-along with Southeast DC 14th Precinct about 5 or so years ago. One call we got was for a lady with massive head trauma. After some brief investigation she tells the police officers that she was trying to frame a drug dealer who wouldn't give her any heroine because she didn't have enough cash. So what did she do? She picks up a brick off the ground and smashes her own head with it. Let me make this more clear - she smashed a brick into the side of her skull hard enough to severely fracture it because she wanted drugs she couldn't get.
Thats just one story of many from that 8-hour dive into the land of smart-dot-com members. I have many more. I'll never forget that trip.
