I was considering this system and wanted to see if anyone uses it and finds it useful or not . I saw a video where a guy was shooting and his weapon never moved at all when he shot. I'm assuming that he was using this or something similar . This might be nice for the arthritis in my wrists.

Expensive, and over-rated in my opinion. Just like recoil buffers. These items seem to look good on paper, but on the range....on the street? I think your money is better spent on ammo. A rock solid, high grip, and good technique will go a long way toward mitigating felt recoil without much cost.
