The autopsy done by Dr Baden confirms that George Floyd died at the scene. That differs from the first report that said he had contributing health factors that led to his death.

"The independent examiners found that weight on Floyd's back, the handcuffs and the positioning were contributory factors because they impaired the ability of Floyd's diaphragm to function. The report concluded that Floyd, 46, died at the scene."

It was pretty clear from the video what caused the death. Contributing factors or not. Many times the situation with what happens between cops and criminals/suspected criminals tends to be a grey void. This was one of the few clear cut examples of what went wrong, and who was in the wrong.

Much like the video disproving the encounter with Micheal Brown lie was.

The family’s attorney is also looking into the fact that he previously worked with the cop who killed him. They’re angling for premeditation.

Even without that, I don’t see how charges don’t get upgraded.

The cop is on suicide watch.

Now that would be a twist, for sure.

Even without that, I don’t see how charges don’t get upgraded.
Aren't they afraid of "over charging" and having the jury acquit? However, if they can prove the cop had motivation to kill him...wow.

Wouldn't it be something if the store owner who called the cops on Floyd, supposedly for passing a fake 20 dollar bill, admitted that he had been part of a set up by the police officer?
