I have followed the 38-39 with great interest. From posts by those who have been shooting them they seem to be real 'winners'. I think the .45 GAP is here to stay for a very long time.
Very Sweet! Although I like both, I find the G39 platform to be more versatile. As the old saying goes: the mileage on your horse may vary.....
My personal special Welcome to tommy...who I have talked to on a few previous occasions. tommy ~ Thanks for deciding to chime in. :unitedsta
You'll be glad that you decided to start posting.
I know of several folks that have switched over to them and been very happy. One of which is a grouchy old guy at a local shop that never seems to be happy about anything but he raves about his.
Thank you QKShooter. I have certainly enjoyed our conversations.
The G39, being compatable with the 8 rnd G38 and the 10 rnd G37 mags, sure make for one versatile .45 system. You can choose to carry the larger mags as back-up or in the G39 as primary. Nice!
Of course the same can be said for the G26 9mm and the G27 .40. and even the G30 with a G21 mag.
edit to add- Sorry, I forgot about the G33 357sig.....
