Glow-On Super Phosphorescent applied to iron sights, Adjustable Rear Sight, Bomar Style.

Some versions of this sight come with tritium, or white dots.

The plain version will set you back about US70.00, Colt sells the part for a bit less, 59.00.
We found an auction for US 5.00 but this would be an extraordinary exception.

Retrofitted with tritium it will run, just the parts, about 170.00

The ones we are updating today are plain irons:

Sights are great, the white dot on the front looks good.
Except in a low illuminated situation.

We tried a different option: Two bars on the rear and a single dot on the front:

We are going to take the material as far as we can for our customers benefit.
This weekend paint samples, dried and cured for a week, spent 3 hours in 500F heat with no visible damage.

So, that's good.

We really don't advertise our product as 'night sights" even if it can be used as such.
One of the main benefits is that in the presence of daylight, the sights are literally glowing brighter than tritium or anything else.

What does this mean to you? It means that it doesn't matter if you have to take cover under a tree, car or such, your gun sights will perform for you.
So we call them TRANSITION sight, which is a more apt description.

In ay case we have videos on Youtube showing a "house sweep", in the dark,we have positive testimonials about this fact. So yes Glow-On works great as night sights for you.
