Just a "getting older-by-the-minute" semi-retired LEO. Had 30 years full time, now doing a part-time gig in a small town (fun/gun money and my son is a college freshman :veryhappy ) Love my 1911's and carry one everyday, on and off duty. I am also a fan of S&W wheelguns (m642 is my BUG) I like what I've seen here and thanks a bunch for letting me drop in.

Hi Witherspoon

Welcome!
The Thin Blue Line keeps getting a bit thicker on our forum.
We sure have a lot of LEO members here these days... both active & retired.
We'll always have room for one more LEO.
A real family of all 'round great folks will be found here.
Thanks for registering. :unitedsta
By The Way....Iffen you have any interesting stories or past LE experiences or scenarios then please feel free to open up a new talk thread.
Your comments & opinions will (for sure) be welcome.

Hey Witherspoon - welcome aboard

It is good to have a healthy LE membership, whether full-time, part-time or retired. IMO it helps add a very valuable perspective. Hope we'll see your input.

Law Enforcement & The 1911

I think we now have 2 of our Local LEOs that carry the Colt .45 1911 pattern pistolas. Just FYI
