I have used DoupleTap out of a friends G20, its great stuff, HOT is all I can say, with many different loading choices you can pick up anything you need from him. When I am finally able to carry, I will using his stuff when I carry 10mm.

I know Mike is working on a few more rounds, 45ACP, 9mm, .380 and 44Mag.

Hot ain't the word, I ran this by a friend who works for Para-Ord and they do not recommend these rds used in their bbls as they have heard of some of the 230's running into the 1040fps+ range. That is crazy hot.

It is my understanding that he is within SAAMI specs for pressure....this was an issue brought up on GT in regards to the .40 Double Tap rounds. Let me see if I can dig it up.

Well...Im sure you would test fire a good amount of rounds thru it to test function and feeding in your particular firearms just like any carry round. So after that, you would only fire so many through it while practicing with FMJ. So its really not going to batter the gun...besides..most guns will go thousands and thousands of rounds..so it takes off a few over what you would have gotten out of that weapon.

I replace my springs every few years on my carry guns so spring wear isnt an issue....however..I have not fired any of this ammo....just really interested in it..its petty but I wish they loaded into nickel cases instead of brass. I just prefer it.....
