This really burns me...

I've read that Bush had a summit with the Canadian and Mexican President and that the concept of United North America was discussed.

If you think that things could be handled differently across the border and that perhaps illegal entry into the U.S. by various groups could stopped, its possible that you dont have a very good grasp of the situation.

Heres a link that speaks of the "Minutemen", the voluteer groups along the border that assist the border patrol with the apprehension of illegal aliens.

The U.S. Border Patrol is tipping off Mexican authorities on the positions of members of the Minuteman civilian patrols.
Incredible.

Our own government assisting the Mexican government,(if you can call it that) in the illegal entry of its people into this country.

For some time now there has been an undercurrent of the hint that a UNA is a final objective - why else for one thing would the border deal be so ignored!

Sure makes you wonder, and that would be the end of the USA as we know it. Tin foil aspects here some might say perhaps but can't help wondering just what is going on behind the scenes sometimes.

I cannot stop thinking these days of ''governement by the people for the people'' - where did that go!

Tin foil hat aside, one would have to admit that allowing unchecked illegal aliens to enter in and do as they please would be an exellent way to end America as we know it. If one just looks at the results of the last few years, it would seem that it is being encouraged by the government and it seems that thepowers that be consistently refuse to act against it.

I can read the writing on the wall.:gah:

Lets reevalute 5 years from now and see where we're at...

The Minuteman Project is the first line of defense against foreign invasion by illegal aliens. Sadly, it is also the last line of defense.

If the government continues to do these types of things, we could see bloodshed at the border. Generally I'm a Bush supporter but this is completely unacceptable. How could he fight terrorism so viciously overseas and do absolutely nothing for our own borders?

What a crock!

Assisting the Mexican government that has already publicly stated that it support the unlawful immigration from Mexico to the United States.

The Minuteman Project does not have a history of illegal activity, but those people, as a whole, crossing over the border do.

Not only is our own government setting up the Minutemen Project up for failure, but also putting their lives in danger by revealing their positions.

If the ACLU needs to follow anyone around, it should be our federal government. The Minutemen are getting their rights violated.

So much for the "Thousand points of light".
