In Jacksonville Fl. a couple of weeks ago a guy was in a eating establishment and he has a CCW. The gun fell out of his holster and killed a lady. Last time I heard police were investigating to see if any charges would be filed and I bet you they will be. Can you image how this guy fills. Must be a clean cut guy if was able to get a CCW. No record in other words.
