Exactly why I thought the guy's gun might be fake...I mean, he has his gun to her neck and she does all that (draws it, racks the slide and shoots him) with him doing nothing? Well, I wasn't there but it just sounds strange.

It really doesn't matter if the gun was real or fake. Toy guns used in a robbery carries the same penalties as a real one in a court of law.

Then again, it may help her NOT appear as someone who's goal is to kill a BG versus just trying to stop the threat.
Lawyers for the perps seem to be able to make the BG look like an angel, while the GG gets vilified for protecting themselves.

An awful lot of folks from this form condemned this woman said she look like a drug dealer couldn't understand why she went home to call 911 I sure am glad to see the response that it's getting now and I'm disgusted with the comments when this story was posted earlier if I knew how I link the two of them together so you guys could read what other people posted about the same story. here they congratulate her in a previous post she was condemned with comments such as Musta been a drug deal gone bad why did she run home to call 911.I for one am truly appalled at some of The replies when the story was posted earlier. This lady was quoted as saying she feels bad for the scumbag's mother and for the fact that he had a one week old baby. I hope she doesn't suffer from PTSD because of having to kill him.

If the POS was concerned for his mother or his one week old baby he would have had a job instead of trying to rob people. He got exactly what he deserved and the citizens of Arizona saved some money on keeping the lowlife locked up.

Yes, the comments on the news site are odd, one woman saying this person was a convicted felon.

The weapon she used was involved in a fatal shooting; I highly doubt she still has it in possession or will be seeing it for another month or so. Maybe the one in the news shot was another they wanted to show for effect.

Like their animal cousins, human predators tend to pick on weaker prey. Perhaps the perp didn’t see the GLOCK on Ms. Miracle’s hip. It was dark. She was holding a drink from the gas station, possibly in her right hand. If she was wearing a dark top, as she was in the video, the GLOCK wouldn’t have presented much contrast. While open carriers tend to be more aware of their defensive firearm, many people never notice it.

Yeah ... She was fortunate to have been carrying a real gun. Had she been carrying a S&W, Springfield or Ruger the outcome may have been significantly different
