My name is Walter, and I'm sure I'm the newest member of this
forum, since I only signed up ten minutes ago.
I've been a "shooter" for forty years, give or take, and I don't
see me quitting it anytime soon. I've been carrying concealed
for ten years, since very shortly after Texas passed the ccl law.
I spent a couple of years in the Marine Corps in the late 60s,
into 1970, doing a little shooting for "Uncle Sam" in S.E. Asia.
I consider the M-1 Garand and the Colt 1911-A1 the two most
important firearm designs of the 20th century. And I own one
of each. But for my concealed-carry weapon of choice, it is,
depending on circumstances, either a Walther PPK (Interarms)
.380 acp or a CZ 2075 RAMI .40 S&W.
I've been a member and an infrequent contributor to TFL and THR
for a couple of years now, and I look forward to giving this forum
equal attention.
