Hi
I have been reading and learning from the forum for quite a while before joining.
I appreciate the different opinions and knowledge here.
You guys have put forth things I never even considered, like the public restroom scenario.......
I recently decided to CC.
Living near the DE state line proves to be problematic for now but I am going to get a Fl. CC license.
I travel into DE, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.
( sometimes passing through, usually stopping for piecesparts )
I work on my own most of the time repairing equipment.
Sometimes on my belly, sometimes on a ladder or extension ladder.
Often climbing into, around, on top of machines that have the potential to dismember you or worse if you goof up.
I always considered that fact my biggest priority of staying in one piece, not BG's so much.
That is changing though.
I factories where work, I'm well known. Anominity is not possible and flying under the radar, impossible also.
This is proving to be a challange in how I carry.
I have a 3", .45 ACP that I prefer to carry.
I went with this gun because was trying to keep my ammo stock to a minimum. ( since I have also a Colt 5" 1911 home security weapon )
I liked it to begin with, but the more I shoot it the more I like it.
However, I am considering a smaller, more easily concealable weapon.
I don't think I can offer much to this forum but I appreciate the willingness of you guys to teach from your experiences.
Your input is welcome and requested.
Best regards from PA.
