I came across the forum while browsing the web, so I figured I'd stop in. I'm a civilian living in Virginia, and I've been carrying concealed for several years. Ah, so you want to get personal? But we just met! :redface: :wink:
My primary carry piece is a Steyr M40 in an Uncle Mike's open IWB holster (strong side, just behind the hip). I usually carry two spare mags behind my weak side hip.
On those hot 'shorts & t-shirt days', I might opt for a Kel-Tec P3AT in a pocket holster. That is if I can get it from my wife--she carries as well.
Next on my list is a Springfield XD-40 sub-compact. The Steyr is a really fine pistol, but I'm looking to shed weight and bulk wherever I can, particularly when I have spare mags.
