Trying out my new digital camera, I transferred photos of my guns to my computer, but I can't get them to upload to a post on the forum. I get an error message that the files are too large.

They are jpeg files, 613 KB. I'm obviously doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what it is.

Any help is greatfully accepted. Thanks.

you need to shrink the files i think 60kb is the maxium size or maybe its 80

Actually, the limit is 100k for images. The thread below describes the graphic and video limits. Generally you will need to scale a copy of the images down a bit when they come directly off the camera. The detail contained in a 100k photo is pretty good for Internet posting.
