I'm mid sixties, semi-retired and a 'gun nut'. :comeandgetsome: I've been a handgun shooter for most of my life. I like rifles and shotguns, but, in the place where I live, the Peoples Republic of Illinois, otherwise known as King Richards realm rifle ranges and most shotgun ranges are gone. So unless you have some private land there is almost no place to shoot. I belong to a gun club that has a private range for handguns and 22 rifles. I have a Florida CCW permit, but unfortunately Illinois is one of two states that don't recognise any right to carry. Which limits my CCW because some states, like Michigan only does reciprocity and will only recognise CCW's for the state where you live. As soon as my wife retires, in another year or two, I will be living (hopefully) in a gun friendly state. Perhaps Texas. Well anymore and ATF will know too much. :gah:
