Since I am what I refer to as "full grown" I carried SP101's in either a Nemisis pocket holster, or in a Fobus paddle holster. Both worked very will for me. The 3" barrel you have though will assuredly have to go in a hip holster. You might want to look at El Paso Saddlery, I have a few of their holsters and they are top-shelf as far as quality goes.

I use milt sparks summer special iwb or kent hayes owb they work really well
