I just thought i\'d let everyone know that i recently put some Hogue grips on my P239 and i love it! It greatly helps in the drawing process in the event that you don\'t get a proper grip on the gun when you are drawing.
It isn\'t uncommon that the gun will slip a little lower in the pants then we would like during the course of daily carry, so the rubbery hogue grip lets you get a pretty secure grip even if you only grab say...half of it?
I used to think that the tacky feeling of the grip would grab the shirt too much and make the shirt ride up on the gun but it really doesn\'t. So if any of you have ever wondered about that...worry no more
