My first handgun was a HK USPc 357 sig. It was a wonderful weapon in terms of accuracy and reliability but it was a real thick monster. It was this reason that I traded it in on a SW1911 with crimson trace laser grips. While i feel some pain on selling my first gun, thinking practically it was the right choice. One of my favorite ways to carry is with the "clipdraw". it eliminates the extra thickness of a holster which can save you alot of room in the waist.
