I have another thread floating around where someone had suggested a pure kustoms holster. I checked it out and one thing I really like is that it could be worn both IWB AND OWB. Other then the pure kustoms black ops model, does anyone know of any other holsters that are "Convertible" with the ability to go IWB or OWB?

Fist has a couple that are considerably less money than PK.
I just had one made by C5 Leather...I'll have pics of it up later.
That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure their are others if you keep searching.

Also, a lot of IWB holster can be worn OWB. Just lace your belt as you would for IWB, but with the holster outside the pants .

The Kydex Belt Holsters?. That's convertible between belt and paddle.

I would think it would be possible to make something to mount it IWB. Cheap enough to get one to tinker with. I think I just might.

Why not have one of each? Personally though, IWB is the most comfortable and discreet way to carry in my opinion - that is if you have a well-made holster - doesn't mean it has to cost big $. Take care.

Just my 2cents worth Rocky's Pure Kustom is an exceptionally well made holster. You get what you pay for, quality isn't cheap. Pay close attention to the craftsmanship the stitching and form fit. This is one FINE holster and very comfortable also! Hey would Santa steer you wrong? :santaclaus:

FIST #43 works IWB or OWB. I have a couple of them for different guns. They work exceedingly well. High quality and reasonable price.

You can do that, but a wide IWB will mean that you need to skip a belt loop or two.

The one I was trying to use had two loops about an inch-and-a-half apart.

Woulda worked perfectly.

Wow. I just happened to stumble across this tonight and remembered your thread here.

It has belt loops for OWB and a metal clip for IWB.
